Personalization & orders
How long does it take to custom my piece?
We engrave and personalize your piece by hand after you order. Processing takes 1–5 business days. During busy periods, such as Christmas and Mother's Day, this may take an additional 1–2 days; any updates will be shared on our website.
Can I change my personalisation or delivery address?
Please contact us within 24 hours of ordering and include your order number and the change you need. We start work quickly, so changes cannot be guaranteed. Once production has started, we cannot change the personalization.
What should I check before placing my order?
Please double-check names, spelling, your message and your delivery address. We engrave exactly what you enter.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times begin after processing, once your order has been shipped. Estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- United States: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 4–8 business days

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over €90.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you have not received this within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then contact us.
