Shipping policy
Processing time
Once you place an order, we engrave and personalize your piece by hand. This process takes 2-5 business days. During busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day, it may take 1-2 days longer, and we'll say so on the site.
Delivery time
Delivery time starts after processing, when your order leaves for shipping.
- Europe: 3-10 business days
- United States: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 4-8 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, or customs delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free shipping offered for orders over 90€.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you haven't received it within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders within the EU have no extra customs charges. Parcels to Canada and the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by customs authorities and are the buyer's responsibility, unless shown otherwise at checkout.
Changing an order or address
Because each piece is personalized, we start work quickly. To change a name, message or address, contact us within 24 hours of ordering with your order number. After production starts, we can't change the personalization.
Check your details
Please double-check spelling and the shipping address at checkout. We engrave exactly what you enter.
Package Protection
At checkout you can add optional Package Protection for a small fee. It covers loss, damage or theft in transit, and we'll replace or refund covered orders without a long process.
